Charlie Hart

CIPD-qualified HR Analyst | Neurodiversity Advocate. (She/They)

Who am I

Charlie Hart, also known as ‘Ausome Charlie’ (she/they) is a professional keynote speaker, an experienced CIPD-qualified HR Analyst, and a popular and influential neurodiversity advocate.

Charlie is neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, Complex PTSD), bisexual/pansexual, gender non-conforming, and a fierce ally to the trans and non-binary community.

Charlie’s talks centre their own lived experience and insights, underpinned with expertise in employment legislation and inclusion theory, and delivered with authentically neurodivergent quirkiness and self-deprecating humour. Unafraid to tackle emotive topics other speakers avoid,

Charlie is not another happy-flappy neurodiversity advocate; she speaks of dark clouds and silver linings, of adversity and resilience, and will leave you inspired and hopeful.

Charlie is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc.CIPD) with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, and a Professional Member of the Professional Speaking Association (MPSA).

They offer keynote speeches, webinars, interviews, panel events and workshops. Charlie lives near Birmingham, England, and is happy to travel for in person events. Most of her work is corporate, but she offers significant discounts to her speaker fee for small businesses, charities and non-profit organisations.
