Raga set up India’s first speakers bureau in 2007. Since then, Raga has built the company into a leading international speakers bureau, a corporate speaker marketing and personal branding agency. Finding lack of representation, visibility for professional queer women, Raga set up OUTspoken Speakers to provide clients with a wide array of experienced, powerful speakers from across industries and across intersectionality’s and to support the clients in curating bespoke DEI events.
Raga’s background in advertising and international marketing across various countries has exposed her to professional speakers, ideas, storytellers and high-profile networks enabling her to design programmes that help stand out from the clutter within the right target groups.
Globally known as the expert on corporate speakers and B2B content curation, Raga herself is a sought-after speaker on the subjects of Diversity, LGBT, Personal Branding and Doing Business in India. Raga has appeared on several media channels including BBC UK & India, Sky TV, Channel 4, ITV, TVNZ, NDTV, India Today to share her expertise and experiences. Raga is on several boards, including Sony Pictures India, Aristocrat, Child Rights & You UK, Enfield Saheli and is the Chair of the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre.
In 2019 Raga authored her first book 'Untold Lies' and is currently writing her second book. A story she wrote during lockdown is being made into an international feature film.
Raga is legally married to her same sex partner and is a mother of adult twins.
